As advertise

Very clean.eveything worked.Did not even turn on TV as we we out early and returned late.On advertise ( pics of unit) an extra bathroom was shown,but we knew it wa a one bath.Only concern was it took forever for warm or hot waster to start flowing. This was a big waste of water in the desert.For that reason alone I would bypass that unit in the future.

Tucson getaway

We were looking for a short stay in Tucson with our dog, and this place was perfect. It is ideal for a couple and as an added bonus it is dog friendly! It is exactly as the photos describe. Only wish it had been warm enough to get into the pool. Close to shopping and dining, and not too far from the hiking trails we wanted to explore. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, loved having a washer and dryer, kitchen was fully stocker, and loved soaking up the sun on the small patio.I felt safe here with the gates into and out of the property. The casita had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Would I stay here again, you betcha.

Desert Haven

Love the comfortable, coziness. Easy access to a gorgeous pool. And so quiet! The kitchen was well stocked and bigger than mine at home! Every visit to Tucson I will be searching for a stay here! Conveniently located to my daughter, grocery and restaurants. A true gem!

We were moved a couple of times due to other guests extending their stay. The casita was well furnished and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The unit was fine. It met our needs however the property needs work. The gas grills were shot and the patio furniture needs to be replaced. The outside table was covered with bird poop and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The neighborhood borders on the lower income side of town but 2 blocks away you are in a much nicer section of Tucson.

A great time in Tucson

The property was exactly as advertised, it’s small but very well laid out & was so efficient we didn’t notice the smaller size. Loved that there was real cable TV(not Roku). The grounds were very clean and well kept. Wish we could have used the pool but it was too chilly for that! Also loved the in-unit laundry too. The community is centrally located and we liked it so much we reserved already for next year!

Cute and perfect Casita!

My Mom lives 5 minutes away from these Casitas, and I decided on staying here because I read some recent positive reviews. We loved our 4 night stay in Casita P! The upgrades were lovely, and everything was easy to figure out. We loved that we used the same code to get in gate and into our unit. The complex was sooooo quiet, so we slept great! The king bed was comfortable. The only negative was that the couch was not very comfortable, but we weren't there to watch TV, so no biggie. The owners were very quick to respond to my communications. I appreciated that I got my security deposit back within 24 hours. Thank you, and I'll definitely be staying at these Casitas again!

Neat little place

Cute little apartment, seemed very clean. It's nice that it's gated, gives an extra level of security. Too cold for the pool during the time of year we were there, but the pool looked amazing. We will stay here again on our next trip to Tucson.

Location good for touring Tucson and while the facility itself was quite the unit has thin walls. The traffic outside the contained facility was very busy.

Cozy rental at a reasonable price

We enjoyed our stay at Casita P and the price was right. There were a few things that could have made our stay perfect: 1. Wifi signal/connection was poor and spotty, disconnected and reconnected every 5 minutes or so, and yes, we tried all of the available signals (signal A completely died on our final night). 2. The heating/cooling controls were confusing, took us a bit to realize which remote worked on which unit, not to mention one of the remotes was barely legible. 3. Walls were a bit thin, as we heard our neighbor's phone conversations on a few occasions as we were turning in. However, we were impressed with the ease of checking in/out, very clean and neat property, the king bed, convenient location, and most importantly the price. We will definitely book again but might try a different unit next time.

A pleasant stay

Aside from issues with the entry code, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was clean and the mattress and seating were comfortable. When we were unable to get in several times, Maria responded quickly and made sure that the technical situation was fixed the following day.
