Fantastic house perfect for our group of 6 adults, including 2 grandparents, and 2 teenagers. We loved all the fun games on the porch. We played darts, fuseball and shuffleboard every night. The kitchen was the best stocked of any house I’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable. And we loved having the kayaks to explore the lake and head down to the lake club. We enjoyed golf one day, rented a boat the next, and we played pickleball a few of the nights. And we loved having the fire pit to make smores.

What a Find!

This house on the lake and the surrounding area has everything you could ask for in a family mountain get away. For our family of 16, including 10 adults, we found the house to have plenty of room to spread out, or gather for group activities. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked, and had plenty of storage area. We especially enjoyed the outdoors, the decks and fire pit areas for lounging and taking in the views, and the dock for every type of lake activity. The host was extremely responsive and provided a nice list of recommended activities of which we took full advantage. I would highly recommend this home to any group looking for a mountain vacation.

Bear Lake

House was great for our family and kids of all ages. Plenty of room. The deck overlooking the lake is a great spot. We enjoyed the golf and pickleball. The pool club has a good bit of deferred maintenance.

Perfect secluded lakefront property!

There were 11 of us total, 5 adults, 6 kids ages 7-17. There was something for everyone, and everything got utilized. The home had kayaks, cornhole boards, shuffle board, foosball and an arcade machine downstairs. At any given time you could walk by and might see the wives reading on the deck in one of the many seating areas or the kids playing one of the games. The kitchen had everything a cook would require. Laundry centers on main and basement levels made life easier as well. Would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful relaxing stay at Bear Lake

Spacious, clean and plenty to do!

We had an amazing time here! The house was very spacious for our two families (with potential for another family as well). We spent a lot of time hanging out on the main level deck. All the furniture inside and out was comfortable. We played foosball, darts, shuffleboard, and board games. Spent some time on the lake using the paddle boards and kayaks. Rented a pontoon from the Lake Club for a bit as well. Kayaked to an island with a rock that you could jump from and also went to a nearby waterfall. The hike to the waterfall is about 20 minutes, and believe it or not, it can be done shoeless (though not entirely suggested, but we did it!). Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more! Two grills on the deck that are hard lined for gas, and an extra fridge and freezer in garage to hold all your food, drinks and ice. The Host, John, was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous retreat.

Beautiful views, full of activities, and luxurious accommodations. This place had it all. After a day on the lake or shopping in nearby Cashiers/Highlands we could wind down with a dinner at the club and gather by the fire pit. Plenty of games to keep the kids occupied. The property was beautifully furnished with with modern decor. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need. I can't recommend this property enough. If youre looking for the best place to stay for a mountain vacation, this is the spot.

Gorgeous home with beautiful views

We had an incredible time at this property. We came over hoping for a quiet getaway and the place did not disappoint. Waking up to those Bear Lake views was perfection. The home is beautiful and gigantic; it’s set up for a group and is considerately stocked with literally anything you may need. The kitchen is amazing, and all the furnishings are first class. John was an amazing host and has thought of everything for you. Great communication and went above and beyond. He gave us great suggestions for activities too. We really enjoyed kayaking and using the fire pit down by the lake. Thank you for a special trip!

Peaceful Serenity

The best getaway from the busy life we have had in a while. Spacious accommodations for sure, but the common areas truly shine here. The porch was our favorite place to sit and relax. Overlooking the lake, watching the sun rise and set was pure comforting peaceful bliss. We made great use of the grills/griddles. At night we would light the firepit and roast marshmallows with the kids. The country club, golf course, swimming pool, all which were 5 star and welcoming, were just amazing! If you are in need of an escape, this is the place for you. We will be planning on returning to this spot year after year.

Unbelievable!!!

My family and some family friends had the best time here. We were so impressed by the detail and thought put into this house. Steps away from the lake, we enjoyed kayaking to the falls and then bonfires watching the sunset. The rooms were perfect as well! It felt like every room had its own en suite bathroom. At night there was plenty to entertain us, darts, cornhole on the deck and a gorgeous sunset over the lake. I highly recommended this getaway and will be back!
