This is a nicely appointed old house on a quiet street. Nothing fancy or high-tech but it had everything we were looking for. The private backyard with large soaking tub was very comfortable and the perfect temperature for rejuvenating soaks!Walking distance to groceries, brewery, coffee shop, art studios, etc…. Good communication with the host and overall a great value for the money.

It's our 3rd time staying here and everything was wonderful as usual. The house is very cozy and has everything you need and more. Soaking in the bamboo backyard is the best! So private and comfortable. Great for dogs!

We loved this house! It’s clean, charming, and private. The material spring tub in the backyard was truly magical. The house has guides to all the local joints. The best part - all you have to do is lock up! No check out that takes 30 mins.

The house was in great shape. Everything was fabulous. My concern was what I did wrong to miss the message about the door entry code. Host said day of or day before I’d be notified. I finally contacted him (a bit nervous) 8pm or so the day of my stay. Got the code then. Is that normal?

This place is very nice. I would definitely come back here. It’s an older home, but it’s well kept the bathroom was very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked, and they even include coffee, sugar and tea. The soaking tubs were awesome. We fell in love with them. They feel fast and the water is plenty warm.

Nice house, as advertised. Back yard is very nice place to relax and enjoy. Good shade, plants and gravel yard. Good porch. Back yard is perfect for dogs- both small and large with a good fence and lots to explore.The hot springs tub and water is amazing. Good temperature, great water, and a relaxing environment.2 beds and 1 bath. Good towels (bathroom, kitchen, hot springs), decent kitchen with coffee makers (Keurig and drip) and tea kettle. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Little Things that Make a BIG Difference

We can't say enough good things about Art, property manger Danny, or Casita De Agua Encanto. Like the name suggests, the property and the house are chock full of Land of Enchantment Charm and thoughtful little details and personal touches that make a good place-GREAT! We didn't want to leave... and as long-time T or C/Elephant Butte visitors and lovers, we consider it our other home, and now we will consider Casita De Agua Encanto our home away from home too! Hope to stay again SOON and OFTEN!

Wonderful place!

This is a great place! I appreciate that they kept the lovely old features of the house, while providing modern touches (such as charging nightstands). The enclosed back yard is fabulous for dogs, and the dog waste station is a nice touch. While we didn't have time to use the "cowboy hot tubs", those are a wonderful addition as well. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful updated property located walking distance to all the great hot springs locations. And if you want to stay in you have access to hot springs in the backyard! Friendly host, available to support throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Love the personal mineral springs!

The highlight of the property is the personal mineral springs in the backyard. We used that daily. Very easy and convenient. The house is located within walking distance to grocery store and other hot springs. The beds were very comfy. The furnace, as reported by owner, is loud.
