A Very Special Hidden Gem

We arrived in the dark after a long journey and Laura looked horrified at the 2 dogs as we had reserved a suite which was not dog friendly. She swiftly sorted it out and changed our room. I then enquired about our dinner reservation and she told me that the restaurant was closed as our reservation had not gone through . No bother to Laura, she just said we would have to have something very simple that she would produce. Unbelievably good Iberian Ham, local cheese, quince jam, washed down with delicious wine made a perfect evening! The room was warm and comfortable and we had a lovely walk round the olive groves the next morning with (of course) a delicious breakfast. If I could give 10 stars for service Laura would get them!
