The stay has been amazing and the accommodation has been catering very well for guests staying with various needs including check-in / check-out requirements. Hotel is located well aside of the beach, with 1 min. walk to the fantastic promenade, this makes it the best and economic choice of accommodation at Trouville!

Perfect in the city hotel for any traveler. Very nice staff, helpful with breakfast as an option. They have a small bar in their dininng area and serve espresso, some mixed drinks, beer, wine, and of course, Champagne. The rooms are bigger for a european hotel accomodation, and very nice. This one has a good sized elevator as well. Four floors

This place is amazing- truly feels like an oasis when you walk into the lobby. We found the staff very helpful, the room very functional, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Our advice would be to either travel by train/transit, or look into renting some off-site parking if possible, as parking in this area can be very challenging, as I found out! Thank you for a great stay!

Small town, so many things are just a few blocks away. Clean, upgraded hotel. Large comfortable bedroom & bathroom. Breakfast buffet offers great choice & dining room is large, very “French”. Weather was hot & muggy, not having AC is an inconvenience but night cooled down a bit. Window opened helps but we could hear seagulls & dogs.

Charming little house that you can never imagine houses as many rooms as it does. Our room was on the top floor and accessible by elevator (thank god), since stairs were steep and narrow. It was spacious, bright and clean with modern amenities. A couple of quirks I will mention as warning for others. The hotel closes at 9 pm and if you arrive later you will find the doors locked and lights off. We finally figured out the emergency line for the hotel and called them, but we did have about 30 minutes of panic while trying to figure out what to do in a small town at 10 pm. Once we reached them, they gave us the code to get in and instructed us on where our room key was. Apparently they had tried calling, but since reservation was through Expedia they had not been able to reach us. Another quirk was breakfast. Even though it was readily available, it was not included in the room price, but also not very expensive. So if you slip and accidentally eat, it won’t break your bank account. Overall a great little space.

Lovely Comfy Clean Hotel

This was a great little boutique hotel in the heart of Trouville. The rooms are modern and clean and very comfy, especially the beds. Could have done with a fan in the hot weather though as no air con. Car parking however is a shambles which isn't the hotels fault but they should try to get some reserved spaces in the Indigo car park. We drove for an hour to find a space and had to abandon the car 20 min walk away in the end. Also, the ground floor rooms are liable to noise from drunks walking home from the casino in the early hours.

Never use Hotels.com

When we turned up the hotel was closed with only a message in french. We called Hotels.com who did very little, other than try and sell us another hotel for one night. We had a 5 month old baby and had to spend the night sleeping in the car, which was horrendous. Hotels.com were told this was the situation they didn't care and were not interested unless we spent more money. I will never use this site again and would discourage all others to avoid at all costs
