Located off Goodman Road near downtown Troutman, this property is 1.5 acres and very private. The owners also own 3.5 acres including a private acre stocked pond with dock which all guest are able to use. Bring your fishing pole and use the poles provided for free to catch bluegill, bass & crappie!


Inside Walk-thru Description:
There are 2 large 6 bedroom units connected. You will have access to both and have complete privacy. As you enter each property you will see a large leather section with 65 in 4k Roku TV. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked w/ pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee (Keurig & drip), cream, sugar & much more. Over 50 amenities in the kitchen alone. There is an island seating 3 and a hand-built custom kitchen table seating 8.

Downstairs on each unit you will find a laundry room with full-size washer, dryer, 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds & a good size bathroom with double vanity, tub/shower. Upstairs on each property you will find 4 very spacious bedrooms including our 2 incredibly themed "Enchanted Forest" kids room & "Final Frontier" kids room In this room you will see 2 beautiful bunk beds. Each kids Bedroom has 2 Arcades w/ 26 arcade games including Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, StreetFighter II & many more. Bedroom has 4k Roku TV, board games, toys & much more to keep kids entertained.

Also each upstairs is a very large Primary Bedroom w/ Dyonery 14 Inch King Mattress, a new rowing machine for work-out and desk that raises & lowers w/ quality desk chair. Large closet & a private full bathroom with bidet in primary bedroom.

Each Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms with Dyonery King 14 Inch Mattresses in each of them. There is also a large bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo.

House sits back off Goodman Road with a large parking lot for at least 12 vehicles. We have extra parking space if needed.

We recently stayed at this property with a large group of 20 people, and it was a complete letdown. The house caused several people to have allergic reactions, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. Dusty end tables and dirty floors made the space feel neglected. Living room sofas were covered in cat hair and dust. Pots/pans were in bad shape with loose screws as well as kitchen utensils burned and melted making them unusable. The coffee pot still had old coffee grounds in it. The towels and washcloths were sour, crunchy, and hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was a strong mildew smell. Shower curtains had mold/red mildew on them. Absolutely disgusting. Dirty/used bed linens—we found crumbs, cat hair, and even a cat claw left in the sheets in multiple rooms. Dusty walls and the kitchen wall had old built up grease. Loose bed legs in several rooms were a safety hazard, and multiple beds had cracked frames. The neighbor was rude to our children after we arrived. The house was not private as listed and photos have been altered. We could hear the neighbors music from the front door. Persistent WiFi issues meant we couldn’t rely on the internet, which was especially frustrating when we were trying to entertain kids. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing stay. The house was poorly maintained and not at all suitable for a family vacation. We will definitely not be returning or recommending this property to anyone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It was great to accommodate our big family. It was clean, comfy beds, and had everything you needed. The location is a little sketchy with the other homes as you drive down the street. The pictures make it seem like it is a secluded area, but it isn't. The two units from the photographs appear to be spacious areas with ample room. I was disappointed because it's much smaller than the pictures depict. There is also something directly behind the gated area around the pool, and there is also an old house on the opposite side of the putt-putt and basketball area. There is ample parking, though, to accommodate a large number of cars as well.

Perfect Location for our Family Reunion

We 100% recommend this property. It was the perfect location for our small Family Reunion with 20 adults and 5 children. The amenities for the kids were perfect, and the adults truly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This property is in a great location, with several things to do in the Troutman/Lake Norman area. Or, if you prefer, there is plenty to keep you busy and never leave the property.
