Das Zimmer war ok. Leider hat es keinen Schrank, sodass man die Kleider nicht aufhängen kann. Da alles digital ist, haben wir kein Personal gesehen. Es wäre hilfreich wenn es in der App des Appertemnts die Möglichkeit gibt, einen Housekeeping Dienst zu kontaktieren.

The apartment was in the perfect location. Everything in walking distance and plenty of parking nearby, also a disabked spot 15 meters from the front door. The host was always available by email and even took our late flight into consideration and without me even asking gave us a late checkout. Was very pleased with all the amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine and dryer with soap and conditioner available. Theres a toaster and coffee machine, hot water maker, and all the pots and pans you can think of. Saved us a bit of money as we made breakfast every morning instsad of going out and eating in a restaurant. Many supermarkets within a minutes walk and the rooms themselves (we had the 3 bedroom) were very spacious and comfortable. All in all, a great place in a great location with great hosts. Thanks for a great stay.

Our experience at Bispegata 5 was outstanding from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful — they accommodated our early check-in for an early arrival and kindly held our luggage after checkout. Their communication was prompt and efficient, whether through chat or email, which made everything so easy. The kitchenette worked perfectly and had all the utensils we needed for our stay. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It’s the ideal spot for exploring the area on foot. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city. It’s clean, comfortable, and managed by a very professional and caring team.

This is the BEST place to stay, in Tromsø. The apartment where we stayed, in this apartment building, was just wonderful, in all regards. Very well located (quiet, but very close to everywhere you want to go in the small visitors' area of this town), cozy, well heated, very clean, very well equipped with everything we needed - and then some… - . Close to multiple, nice supermarkets. As for the way the place is managed and operated, it is quite unique. Very impressive. You do not see anyone (unless you rally want to), because they are not constantly on the premises, but you can very easily contact the person who is taking care of you, at any time, for anything, and they will respond very promptly, efficiently, to your fullest satisfaction. This was really our home, in Tromsø. With our own "hired help", of the most decent type. Thank you for everything, Wenche!

This was the perfect place for us. I met my husband and son in Tromso for a conference/ family vacation. Having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen really helped us avoid travel fatigue. Everything looked recently remodeled and was very comfortable. Just a short walk from everything you'd want to do, easy acces to shopping and activities. The only time we needed any transport was to and from the airport. There is a bus line directly to the airport a couple of blocks away, and uber to/from the airport was around 20usd.

Vi havde et super ophold i lejligheden. Alt var nyt og rigtig god service da vi fik brug for hjælp. Ligger super centralt. Eneste lille ting vi kunne have ønsket var en kommode eller lignende til tøj.
