We had a wonderful stay at Costa Paradiso. The kids loved the pool, and we saw the most beautiful sunsets from the terrace. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. It might be a little dated inside, but that also makes it very cozy. I highly recommend this place! And Li Cossi beach is one of the most beautiful. Contact with the owner was very easy.

Great house in a sweet location

We had a lovely stay here in a tiny, cozy house with lots of privacy. The kitchen is serviceable, and the pool is lovely, though we visited in late October and spent the warmest day at the beach. There is outdoor seating and a bbq, which adds to the appeal of coming back to the house. The town is small and cute, and probably buzzing in summer when all the restaurants are open. It’s a great base for exploring a beautiful part of Sardinia.

Marvellous!

Nice rural- style, cosy house and fireplace with everything you need. An absolut outstandig view over the coast and sea, great sunsets, spectacular pool. Calm and relaxing. We would always come back!

Great vacation

We loved the house and the pool very much, we felt like home! The view is awesome and with specacular sunsets.The kitchen had everything we needed - even a great espresso machine. The surrounding is marvellous and very quiet. Massimiliano, our host, gave us a lot of useful information and helped us whenever necessary. Check-in and check- out was easy and in an uncomplicated way. Thanks for evertything. We injoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful place

The house is very nice within a wonderful surrounding. Everything was clean and available. 3 sleeping rooms and 2 bath rooms are available. Close to several beaches, but within pure nature. Small, friendly and peaceful wild boars can cross the street or the garden. Contact to the apartment owner was perfect and very helpful. 100% recommendation!

Very nice summerhouse, but a bit far away

The house was very nice and had an excellent interior design and a good pool. The house was far away from most things - and thus, the area was very quiet and the stars shining brightly. In general, we loved the house, the pool and the beautiful scenery! Though, the interior did not seem really clean when we arrived, and handles on cupboards and surfaces of tables and chairs were sticky at arrival. Maybe we were the first renting the house after the last winter? It was difficult to keep the ants outside the house, and when the weather became hot, they seemed to be everywhere (bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen). The pool was very nice and clean! The landlord was very nice and helpful, which we appreciated very much. In summary, a great house with an excellent pool - a bit far out and a car is definitely needed.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön in den Bergen gelegen und die Sonnenuntergänge am Pool sind einfach wunderschön. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat sich bei unseren kleinen Problemen sofort gekümmert. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp, allerdings sprach er nur Italienisch und Französisch, kein Englisch. Trotz Google Übersetzer gab es daher teilweise Verständigungsschwierigkeiten.Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt eher funktionell und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können, vermutlich waren wir die ersten Gäste der Saison.Etwas schade war, dass der Vermieter unangekündigt zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten zur Poolpflege vorbeikam. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft schon allein wegen der Lage weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön eingebettet in die Berge der Costa Paradiso. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wünsche und Anfragen während des Aufenthalts wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wer die Natur, das Meer und auch mal ein paar kleine Wildschweine liebt, ist hier genau richtig. :-)

Magnifique

La localisation est splendide, les vues sur les rochers sont impressionnantes et lors de notre séjour en haute saison (fin juillet début août) il faisait très calme jour et nuit. De somptueux restaurants sont proches, il y a un petit supermarché à proximité où on trouve de tout, et aussi un boucher, un poissonnier, quelques bars et des petits boutiques. Tout ça n’est pas loin mais très en relief, on vous conseille une voiture. La piscine est top et bien entretenue.

Entspannte und erholsame Urlaubstage

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses, die Aufteilung der Zimmer und der große Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Der Außengrill ist famos. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter. Man muss etwas auf die Ameisen achten. Fazit: wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Bewertung

Trotz anfänglicher Probleme (Wasser kalt), Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht, wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Die Kommunikation zur Abhilfe ging nur auf italienisch, funktionierte dennoch ganz gut. Das Haus wurde von Ameisen bewohnt. Die Finca ist inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man etwas Luxus gewohnt ist, macht es den Urlaub etwas schwieriger. Dennoch ist das Abendrot, was man jeden Abend durch diesen wunderschönen Ausblick zu sehen bekommt einfach atemberaubend. Man muss wissen, dass man um an diverse wunderschöne Strände zu kommen, von dort aus etwas fahren muss. Sardinien war für uns sonst ein Träumchen.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Es waren zwei wundervolle und erholsame Ferienwochen. Die Kinder genossen den Pool und wir entdeckten viele wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe. Massimiliano war sehr sympathisch und sorgte für einen sauberen Pool. Abgesehen von den Betten, war alles perfekt!

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit wundervollem Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus zeigt den ganzen Reiz von Sardinien - gelegen mitten in felsiger Natur im ruhigen Ferienort Costa Paradiso und atemberaubenden Meerblick. Der Kontakt zum sehr freundlichen Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Er kümmert sich um Garten und Pool, so dass immer alles gut in Schuss ist. Er wohnt in einem Nachbarort. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, Wozi mit breiter Terassentür direkt nach draußen. Vor der Terrasse ein schöner Pool, der auch für Kinder gut geeignet ist. Ein weiteres kleines Highlight ist der Hochsitz zum Sterneschauen hinter dem Haus. Schattiger Garagenstellplatz direkt am Haus, zwei schöne Restaurants in Laufdistanz, WLAN ist stabil. Eines der Doppelbetten ist mehr Liege als Bett - da merkt man jede Bewegung. Das Haus wird bisweilen von Ameisen besucht, die nach Wasser suchen. Nichts was uns übermäßig gestört hat. Alles in allem eine wundervolle Location, die wir sehr empfehlen können.

Den vorherigen Bewertungen können wir nur zustimmen. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber und das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Das Ferienhausgebiet ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist es zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen nicht weit. Die Insel ist wunderschön. Im Vorfeld hatten wir noch einige Fragen an den Gastgeber, worauf wir auch immer eine ganz schnelle Antwort bekamen. Also...alles perfekt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage und auch die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind ein Traum. Ein Auto ist ein Muss, da das Haus auf einem Berg ist. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Mooie ruime vakantiewoning met een fantastisch zwembad! 3 Ruime slaapkamers (waarvan 1 met airco) maar in huis wordt het nergens echt heel warm in de zomer (dikke muren!). De inrichting is compleet, her en der wat gedateerd, maar wel heel en schoon. Massimiliano is een zere vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar die altijd in het dorp aanwezig is voor raad en daad indien nodig. Het uitzicht (met zonsondergang!) op zee is fantastisch en Costa Paradiso is een heerlijk rustig dorp met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn (diverse restaurants, een supermarkt, kledingwinkeltjes, apotheek etc.). Maar het unieke is de rust in het dorp en omgeving en de buitengewone ligging van de huizen tussen de bergen en rotspunten. Echt een aanrader. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Wunderbar!

Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool und die Gartendusche mit Blick auf das Meer und die vielen kleinen Terrassen am Haus sind ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war unkompliziert und er hat bei allen Fragen schnell weiterhelfen können. Danke! Wir kommen gern wieder !
