Cozy, modern, child-friendly vacation home with large garden

Are you looking for relaxation and peace from hectic everyday life, do you want to unwind and enjoy nature? Then the thatched roof house built in the Seepark residence with unobstructed views to the south over a bird sanctuary and a very spacious garden would be just the thing. But also active vacationers will feel good. Bike paths directly from the house invite you to cycle tours.
The house is located opposite the island Hiddensee on the edge of a nature reserve in the northwest of the island of Rügen (municipality of Trent) on the bay with very nice hiking and excursion possibilities. In the nearby four-star hotel is a spacious spa area, which can be used for a fee. From 01. Unfortunately, the hotel is closed for renovations in November 2017 for about seven months. Expected new opening: May 2018.
The house was built using a traditional template (constructed in 2016) and with the latest technology (underfloor heating, freezer, washing machine and dryer) equipped. Scandinavian and French furniture make the entire house for a stylish, elegant atmosphere. The spacious living-dining area with adjoining open kitchen has a stove for cooler days. The house has an accessible bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the ground. In. 1 Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

Directions: Coming from Stralsund leave the main road in the direction of Gingst / Trent / Hiddensee. Shortly after Gingst take the road to the left towards Trent / Hiddensee. In Trent, turn right in the village towards Wittower Ferry. Shortly before the ferry is the sign "Hotel Lindner". Here you turn left and drive to a small roundabout. Then take the second exit on the right into "An den Felder". It is 50 meters to the house.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
