The host was helpful, & the home was well stocked & clean. The location was wonderful & private, with a beautiful view, & we loved having a dock for the boat that we rented. The accommodations were great for two couples and a child. The owner had done a nice job with the landscaping after the storms as well. We’d love to come back!

This home was perfect for two couples. It has another room or two if you have kids and is a great location to Treasure Cay amenities. We loved the tiki hut and the private back patio and pool setting. If you like to cook in it's the perfect spot to relax! We will be back!

Advertised as a 4/3 - the 4th "bedroom" is a mattress thrown on the floor and the bathroom doesn't have a toilet.Not the cleanest, floors were dirty and generally grimy, gobs of hair in the shower drains. Toaster and dishwasher were out of order. Water was cut off for 2 days. Should NOT be advertised as an available 60 foot dock, owner has their boat on a lift taking up 1/2 the dock so it made it nearly impossible to park the boat - dock was unusable. Also, at low tide there was only 1.5 foot of water grounding the boat at low tide for several hours.

The house was nice, comfortable and well stocked. We loved having a pool and covered tiki hut. It was directly across from beautiful sandbar and we saw turtles swimming every morning. The owner called prior to our trip and gave us all required information and many tips for the area. We lost power one day but the generator kicked right in so we had no issues.

Great location and views, nothing better than sitting outside and enjoying the breeze. The pool is a great place to cool off day or night. Power did go out quite a bit and generator kicked in, thankfully. Communication with host was challenging.

House was really good for our family of four. More than enough room and great views. Treasure Cay is still being redeveloped so the restaurants are limited but the beaches are nice. We rented a boat for the week and having it in the backyard was excellent!!

Family Spring Break

The owner was responsive but texted the on island person about generator and never heard back. Our area lost power numerous times and had no power for hours. Great location kids had fun. Bring beach towels with you and the outdoor grill is rough. Overall great place relaxing and fun!

We had an amazing time!

The property is wonderful. It was a tad bit too cold for the pool, but we had a boat rented and island hopped everyday! Treasure Cay is so beautiful and the people are very hospitable. Merril and his wife are fabulous hosts with incredible recommendations and resources available for all of your needs! We can’t wait to plan our next Abacos adventure!!

Perfect location for our family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sugar Shack! The views from the back deck/pool are spectacular. The house is well equipped with things for cooking, relaxing in the pool and beds are super comfy. There are plenty of kayaks and getting in and out of the water is very easy. There were six of us staying at the house and we had plenty of room to be together or get some quiet time alone. We'll definitely book again :)

Great location for Boating

We enjoyed our stay. The house is a great location for people boating as primary objective. Protected cove but right near exit to sea of Abaco. Back yard, pool and grill were great. Needs a little TLC for insects but wasn’t a huge issue. Treasure has limited options for eating out and night life (not residents fault). We really enjoyed the stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful and had an even more beautiful view of the water! We saw a sea turtle swimming by one morning! Treasure Cay is still rebuilding so there weren't many restaurants open near by, but I hear some will be soon! The owners have this property very close to being perfect but are still doing some finishing touches.
