This is the first year it has been offered as a monthly rental and includes everything that you may need for a comfortable extended stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, West Bay beach, downtown Traverse City and Munson Hospital. One of the highlights available to guests is the beautiful secret garden patio that overlooks Kids Creek.
This 1,040 sq ft apartment has an open floor plan. 1st bedroom (king bed) and 2nd bedroom (king bed), 1 bath with tub/shower. Twin, pull out sofa bed in living room. Newly remodeled and furnished with vinyl plank flooring, area carpets, Corian countertops, ceiling fans, Two smart TVs, new washer & dryer. One month minimum stay.
