Apartamento inhabitable

En general, la casa no cumple con las condiciones de salud para ser habitable. El olor a humedad al entrar es nauseabundo y el apartamento está lleno de moho y humedades. El desagüe de la ducha verde, bueno lo veréis todo en las fotos... La ventana del dormitorio no se cierra, literal, y da a la calle... Llamamos a los responsables y fueron muy amables, nos dicen que lo saben todo y que lo entienden, y que nos devolverán el dinero si lo pedimos a través de Hotels.com, por lo que cogemos otro apartamento. Cuando iniciamos las gestiones de la devolución comienza todo, nos dejan de responder al teléfono y al WhatsApp. Hotels.com dice que intenta contactar con ellos y que no lo cogen tampoco. Al final Hotels.com no se hace responsable tampoco y perdemos casi 300€ de reserva salvo un bono de 50€ que no ofrece Hotels.com. Es lamentable que Hotels.com no puedan cancelar el pago y echar a esta gente de la plataforma después de aportar pruebas fotográficas y capturas de las conversaciones que tuvimos con ellos y que veréis a continuación.
