Room was a little bit dirty on floors. Television channels not very good. Ice machine at the back of property wasn't very good. Needed to be repaired. Staff was very courteous.

The first room had a moldy Oder, however they moved us to a different room and it is nice and clean. It smells nice. The place is old, but well taken care of. I would recommend.

This is a very well updated motor lodge in the heart of Townsend absolutely loved it! We had a king bed with a fireplace, and it was very cozy and plenty of room and everything felt updated and clean!

Clean room but not comfortable. Hard bed, harder pillows. No place to sit but on the hard bed, a worn out cushioned chair and a hard back wooden chair. This was a BASIC room. No mini fridge or microwave. Bathroom small and vintage. Only one light in bathroom that does not illuminate the shower stall.

The room was more spacious than we thought it would be which was really nice. It's only a 20 minute drive to Cades Cove. It's very peaceful, and the balcony was nice as well. Check in was super easy and fast.
