Good communication. We called in advance to say we were arriving quite late. We were given clear instructions regarding codes and how to get in. We had issues with another hotel that didn’t have a contact number, so I truly appreciate the fact that it was possible to call and speak to a member of staff before arriving. The room was very clean and we slept very well to continue our journey the next day.

Great for an overnight stop on route to southern Spain. Great parking on site which was important for us. It looks like it has recently been renovated and was very clean. Lovely staff and a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Would stay again

We liked the location of this hotel and the staff were very friendly. It did look a little tired though, particularly from the outside. I liked the split room which meant we could go to bed after the kids

Convenient overnight stopover travelling through France. We had a family room with connecting doors. Rooms a good size. Located adjacent to retail units and nearby supermarkets. Would benefit from improved noise insulation & air conditioning but otherwise no complaints.

Not the best hotel we’ve stayed at

Hard to find the hotel because the address given on the hotel.com confirmation was incorrect. Tried to call but receptionist couldn’t give directions. Had to activate a travel plan on my cell phone to be able to look up the information on google. Small room was stark but adequate. Bathroom was tiny and the bathtub was slippery with nothing to hol onto. Both my husband and I almost slipped getting out twice. And my husband slipped and fell into the tub in the dark in the middle of the night cause it was so small and the door blocked the toilet. Front desk seemed unconcerned. Breakfast and dinners were very good except that the restaurant part was closed for dinner on the weekend and there were few choices nearby (had to drive). Inner city of Tours was impossible to drive on the weekend.
