The apartment is located at the top of the Allées Jean Jaurès "future ramblas of Toulouse", in a quiet area but close to the City Center (15 'walk from Place Wilson, 5' walk from Matabiau station (terminus of the airport shuttle) ), Marengo metro, and buses.

Very bright, on the ground floor of a Toulousaine, the apartment has its own entrance on a quiet street.
It includes two rooms, a living / dining room, and a separate bedroom.
Double exposure: south / west, north / east (the bedroom window overlooking a small planted courtyard).

Quality accommodation, more convivial than the hotel, offering more independence, it is an ideal formula for a temporary stay in Toulouse.

The apartment is lovely - it has everything you need. It's in a quiet neighbourhood (although there were roadworks outside but it wasn't a problem) close to the main train station and Canal du Midi and about 20mins walk from the Tourist Information and Capitole (main square). There is a supermarket about 5mins walk away.I phoned Annie when I arrived at the address and she met me within 2mins and showed me everything I needed. A great stay. Thank you!

J'ai bien apprécié, rapport qualité/prix, rien à redire ! L'hébergement est situé au calme, il très fonctionnel, bien équipé, avec un brin vintage, et surtout très pratique, proche de la gare Matabiau et de toutes les commodités. L'hôtesse Annie est une charmante personne qui n'hésite pas à donner des conseils et qui a été très arrangeante sur mon heure d'arrivée ! Dès que j'aurais l'occasion de revenir visiter Toulouse, la ville rose, je louerai de nouveau chez Annie ! En tous les cas, je recommande vivement, merci beaucoup Annie !
