The apartment is located at the top of the Allées Jean Jaurès "future ramblas of Toulouse", in a quiet area but close to the City Center (15 'walk from Place Wilson, 5' walk from Matabiau station (terminus of the airport shuttle) ), Marengo metro, and buses.

Very bright, on the ground floor of a Toulousaine, the apartment has its own entrance on a quiet street.
It includes two rooms, a living / dining room, and a separate bedroom.
Double exposure: south / west, north / east (the bedroom window overlooking a small planted courtyard).

Quality accommodation, more convivial than the hotel, offering more independence, it is an ideal formula for a temporary stay in Toulouse.

Well located,not too far from the train station and bus terminal. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a good shower. The only drawback is that the surroundings is noisy because they are making some major repairs to the place Madurago that is right besides starting at 8AM. Otherwise, it's a quiet place.

Wonderful place

The apartment was beautiful, with all the amenities we needed in a perfect location. We really enjoyed and got the most out of our week in Toulouse by staying here. Annie was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out later to fit with our flight. I can't stress enough how much we loved this apartment and how sad we were to leave it! If we ever came back to Toulouse this would be the first place on our minds.

ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Einschränkung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig nahe der Innenstadt und hatte für uns eine optimale Größe. Leider roch es im Bad sehr unangenehm nach Schimmel und wir sahen auch die dunklen Flecken an der Wand. Das war sehr einschränkend.
