The apartment is located in a new, architecturally exceptional and modern complex in terraced style, in Toscolano-Maderno, on a slope in the middle of an olive grove.

Bedroom 1 with double bed 140 x 200cm, lake view and TV, bedroom 2 with double bed 160 x 200 cm, small closet / dressing room.

The location of the apartment offers an optimal mix between tranquility on the one hand and proximity to the sights on the other hand. The center and the lake can be reached in about 8 minutes.

At the top level you can relax on the 130 m² swimming pool with sunbathing area. Also from here you have a breathtaking view of the lake.

Deluxe Sunrise Sky Terrace, Designapartment

Wir waren vom 07.10. - 16.10.2024 in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Sie ist sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee ist fantastisch. Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Toscolano-Maderno ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit vielen Restaurants und zwei Supermärkten. Von hier aus ist man sehr schnell ( wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs ) in alle „Touri Orte“ ( Limone, Riva del Garda, Sirminone, Bardolino ). Man kann aber von hier aus auch mit der Fähre auf die andere Seite nach Torri fahren.

Perfekte Location am Gardasee

Wir waren ja gespannt, ob das Apartment der Beschreibung entspricht und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die Lage oberhalb von Maderno ist toll, mit Blick über den Gardasee. Die Räume & Einrichtung sind exakt so wie auf den Fotos. D.h. es gibt genügend Platz für eine Familie mit 4 Personen, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und als besonderes Highlight natürlich die riesige Terrasse und der 35m Pool in der Anlage. Super fanden wir auch den Service der Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Hans reagierte blitzschnell bei allen Anfragen und hatte immer eine Lösung parat, so das wir entspannt Urlaub machen konnten. Deshalb können wir das Apartment nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt auch mal zurückkehren!

Moderne stimmige Einrichtung, super Aussicht, schöner großer Pool Verbesserungspotenzial: Küchenausstattung (Töpfe sind zu klein), Wasserspiel auf der Terrasse ist defekt, bei 3 Liegen könnten auch 3 Aufleger vorhanden sein, bei Anreise war der Hausmeister nicht erreichbar

Schöne Tage am Gardasee

Leider hat es der Vermieter versäumt, uns die Check in E Mail zukommen zu lassen. Dort angekommen konnten wir mit dem Vermieter erst in Kontakt treten, nachdem eine zufällig anwesende Nachbarin für uns den Kontakt hergestellt hatte. Fewo Direkt war dabei keine Hilfe. Ich wurde durch die App an eine Nummer in den USA vermittelt. Dort war Mann nicht in der Lage gewesen die Buchung zu finden. Nachdem ich 4 x weitergeleitet wurde, habe ich entnervt aufgegeben. Als wir den Vermieter telefonisch erreicht hatten, war der Wohnungsverwalter Innerhalb von einigen Minuten vor Ort. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool war relativ groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war auch komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage bietet einen sensationellen Blick auf den See. Der Ort bietet einiges an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Jeden Donnerstag findet im Ort der wöchentliche Markt statt. Trotz der anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Super Unterkunft am Gardasee

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattet Küche und ein schickes Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse ist mit ihrer tollen Aussicht das Highlight. Bis auf eine dreckige und kaputte Gardine haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Der Ort Toscolano hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen, aber die Wohnung würden wir trotzdem erneut besuchen.

Ein Glücksfall

Über die tolle grosse Terrasse wurde ja bereits geschrieben. Die Wohnung bietet eine gehobene Ausstattung und jeglichen Komfort. Man merkt das die Eigentümer gelegentlich darin wohnen. Einen grösseren Topf hätte Frau sich gewünscht, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Schöne Fewo für 3 Personen mit einer super Aussicht

Die Fewo ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der sehr schöne Pool. Aus unserer Sicht sind manche Dinge etwas unpraktisch, z. B. ein relativ kleines Waschbecken auf einem Holzschrank im Bad, die Duschkabine könnte auch eine Nr. größer sein. Weiterhin sind uns folgende kleine Kritikpunkte aufgefallen: Die Tür zum separaten Schlafzimmer ließ sich nur schlecht schließen, die Reparatur am Scharnier haben wir selbst ausgeführt. Auf der herrlichen Terrasse lässt es sich um die Mittagszeit im Sommer kaum aushalten, hier wäre ein Sonnenschutz angebracht. Im Elternschlafzimmer ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, man muss die Tür zum Wohnraum offen lassen.

Tolle Anlage und Wohnung mit fantastischen Seeblick

Eine Anlage zum verlieben. Hier passen italienischer Flair und moderner Zeitgeist perfekt zusammen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr große Pool und die schöne Liegefläche . Auch die sehr schöne und große , sehr gut nutzbare Terasse der Wohnung mit vielen Sitz- /Liegemöglichkeiten und traumhaften Blick, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zu erwähnen ist sicher auch die angenehme Privatsphäre in der Anlage/ Wohnung. Einrichtung und Ausstattung haben uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprechen der Beschreibung/ Fotos. Wunderschönen und sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse und tollem Panoramablick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die große Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Panoramablick über den See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Lieblingsplatz von mir uns meiner Tochter war übrigens die Sonneninsel, auf der man superbequem den tollen Ausblick genießen konnte. Die Küche ist zwar etwas klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Der Pool liegt auf der oberen Ebene der Anlage und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Oben angekommen wird man mit einem großen Pool und einer tollen Aussicht belohnt. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Maderno, mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5 Minuten im Ort, zu Fuß geht's fast genauso schnell. Der Rückweg dauert etwas länger, da es recht steil bergauf geht. Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung und auch in Toscolano-Maderno sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Erholungsort, eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft.
