It can accommodate 6 people and is only 150 meters from the beach. It is located in a community area with a swimming pool, ideal for families. The house has 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped. Additionally, there is parking for added convenience (you can park the car in front of the garage entrance).



It has a garden with furniture and a parasol, and the plot is fenced. There is a barbecue, fireplace, iron, and a television. The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, all windows have mosquito nets for added comfort.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

Alles Gut

Die Angaben der Agentur entsprechen genau den Angaben der Homepage. Das Haus ist geeignet für 8 Personen. Es ist alles an Geschirr im Haus. Die Lage ist-wenn man vor Ort am Strand bleiben will- super. Es sind aber im Umkreis von ca. 25 km super Strände erreichbar. Mas Pinell ist eine kleine Siedlung für sich. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 6 km.
