We are located two miles outside Torrey and seven miles to Capitol Reef National Park in the heart of southern Utah’s magnificent red rock deserts, green grass plateaus, and high mountain tops.

Gil and Flora were awesome hosts, and the house was perfect for our family. With it being February, we were inside a little more, but the horses and goats are awesome to have so close. Family space was perfect, and we loved having dinners and hangout time together in a comfortable place. We will be back for sure and maybe even in the off-season again, as Capitol Reef Park is less busy, and the hiking was great.

Lovely, roomy, pet friendly home in a BEAUTIFUL locale. Super close to Capitol Reef National Park, which is amazing. Cute little Torrey town with restaurants, small grocery store, several gift shops, farmers market. Cindy the manager was super responsive to my questions. The house was a great place to hang out before and after adventures. We had just about everything thing we needed (there’s no laundry onsite, but there’s a laundromat in Torrey). There was even some delish coffee provided ! Much appreciated! All in all, a great vacation home to stay at.

Wow!

The house is beautiful and well appointed and so comfortable. We loved the location being in a more rural setting. Yet right off the road- which was convenient. Cindi was so responsive, friendly and helpful. She has lots of outdoor space and encouraged us to take advantage of it. Pickleball court, ping pong table, games, outdoor fire settings, a farm with very cute animals and an awesome dog. We really enjoyed our short time here. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Neat home for family at excellent location!

This home is ideal for a family of 8-10. It is located minutes away from Capitol Reef. Amenities are all modern, very well furnished and very well maintained. Close to grocery and restaurants which is a big plus for the location. Highly recommend for a cosy family or friends vacation!

Beautiful, brand new place right outside Capitol Reef National Park

This looks like a brand new house and the decor and design features are very well done. Check in was easy with the instructions sent ahead of time. We loved the reclining sofas in the living room and the space to stretch out a little for our family of 8. There's 4 real bedrooms and another play room at the end of the hall with a sofa bed that feels almost like another bedroom because it's at the end of the hall. And the location is great, I don't think you can get any closer to Capitol Reef.
