Enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. The interior is step-free and there are 3 elevators. The covered terrace offers uninterrupted views of the sea and lake, even from inside. Each bedroom has its own balcony.



Step onto the spacious terrace and balcony with panoramic sea views directly from the living room and kitchen—perfect for relaxing. The shared outdoor pool is open seasonally from June 15 to September 15.



There is shared street parking and public transport nearby. Events are not allowed, and quiet hours must be observed from 00:00 to 07:00.



Located on the beachfront of Playa Cura in central Torrevieja, you are just steps from the beach, swimming areas, and the city center. The apartment is on the sixth floor with three elevators, bright, and high-quality. You have access to two beaches: one directly in front and another 400 m away. Restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets are right next door. The airport is about 45 minutes away. Cleaning service and private parking space are available for an extra fee.
