The beautiful apartment in La Mata consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bathroom with a bathtub, a terrace. Capacity is for 2 people (1 double sofa bed). It is located in an ideal area for families, very quiet. It has the elevator.
An apartment is located in a gated community, where there is a communal + children's pool (works in summer). The apartment is nice, comfortable, furnished, and has 34 m². It has a view to the east.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) in the apartment. The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV.
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
It is located very close to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata” (100m), 800 m from the town center. In 3 minutes walking there are many restaurants and cafes. Right next to it is a Wednesday market area and supermarkets (200m) You can have a good time walking along the embankment at night.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located in 41 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - in 5 km.
