The condo was perfect. My interaction with the customer rep over the phone was good. My calls were answered within minutes. However, the evening of our arrival had problems. It was obvious that the cust rep on the phone had no idea of what Toronto was like during rush hour downtown on a rainy night. I was lucky that I found a place to stop my car accidentally on a side street behind York St (12/14/16 York St). Although the instructions said to stop on York St, it was gridlock and would take an hour to turn the corner to York. This was lucky because, even during the day, there is absolutely no stopping on York St - 2 lanes of solid traffic almost 24/7. I had to interact with other frustrated drivers in the rain until finally and luckily I could enter the underground parking at 16 York. The photo of the lockboxes and the process to open them were not complete or completely accurate (for some reason). However, they were sufficient for me to figure them out and get to the condo. Took a bit of lucky guessing. FYI, the security at the front desk didn't have a clue about what was where. Otherwise our stay we excellent and the condo perfect. Thank you.
