The food was mediocre at best. While I was upgraded to a suite, the room felt somewhat rundown. The curtains were broken, the caulking around the bathroom was poor, and there was noticeable mould along the edges. The mirror light didn’t work, and the shower wasn’t functioning properly. There were no instructions for the TV guide, so I had to change the channels manually to see what was on. The front desk staff were lovely; however, when I asked for some utensils, it took 30 minutes to arrive. They apologized for sending them to the wrong room, but by the time I received them, my food was already cold. It’s a shame there’s no bellhop, as it can be difficult to manage all my belongings due to chronic pain. With a few updates and some attention to these details, this place could easily be excellent.
