My experience at this property was completely unacceptable. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was assigned three different rooms throughout the night, and none of them had keys available — the keys were missing from the lockboxes. I was left stranded for over two hours late at night, unable to access any room, feeling unsafe and exhausted.
Throughout this ordeal, the property staff refused to communicate or assist. It wasn’t until Expedia intervened and offered to move me to another hotel that I finally received a response. The following afternoon, a staff member came to my door to change my room yet again, which I refused, as I had lost all trust in the property’s management.
This experience showed a complete lack of organisation, accountability, and basic guest care. I strongly urge Expedia to review this listing carefully, as this property fails to meet even the most basic standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
