The breakfast was delicious and there was variety and the staff were efficient and proactive in making sure there was akways enough food and coffee. I was especially impressed that eggs were "real"and not powdered. But what stood out most was Cassandra night clerk at front desk. That lady is number one in customer service - profesdional but friendly, helpful, informative.

However, unfortunately, we were not welcomed by the employee during the entrance. The welcoming style was cold and indifferent, which negatively affected our first impression. We checked into the hotel around 20:00 on February 15. We came to your hotel many times and always left satisfied. However, this is the first time we have encountered such a situation. We were not welcomed by the employee at the time of entry. The style was quite cold and uninterested. It also bothered us to encounter such an attitude, especially when my girlfriend was with me. As guests who continue to prefer your hotel, we are really surprised and saddened by this situation. We request that the issue be evaluated.

The staff were all so friendly, especially the breakfast staff. grateful for making my stay pleasant. The carpet in my room had a strong carpet detergent smell, l mentioned it to the night manager the day l arrived. I tried to leave the door open, leave coffee open and l sprayed with air freshner but it was just too much( l hope my clothes will not have that smell) it was overwhelming. They need to reevaluate their carpet shampoo and drying time. Thank goodness the staff were so friendly l persevered the carpet smell lol....
