We had a few problems with our rooms cleanliness. There where knats and dead flies throughout the room. The heater was not working and we were freezing for a few nights with our kids. We asked for a different room on check in but they claimed none were available (even though the parking lot was not full when we checked in at 9pm). We weren't offered a new room until the final day of our 4 night stay. There was no point by then. There are plenty of other issues I will not mention here, but I would recommend others to find a different place to stay. Maybe the Homewood Suites less than 1/2 mile up the road.

Housekeeping didn’t make up our bed when they clean our room. On we did not get clean towels in our bathroom after housekeeping finished clean the bathroom. But otherwise it was nice and clean hotel and I will surely recommend it family and friends.

Enjoyed the stay, our room had 2 queen beds and one sofa bed and full kitchen made it very easy for four of us to stay for 5 nights. Very convenient place and 15 minutes drive to the airport on non rush hour.

The hotel was warm and welcoming. The room was great! Staff were a little bit on the busy side because there were a lot of athletes and their families but that doesn’t take away from the quality of the service. Would recommend.
