Convenient location, directly off Young Street. Desk staff and valet were amazing. Very pleasant and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy. Will definitely book again.

Executive suite had washer/dryer, mini fridge/bar, stovetop and convection oven... the only thing was, there were no pots for cooking, a couple of utensils (very limited) On site restaurant was very nice, Didn't visit the on site spa but looked lovely.
I loved that it had an balcony I hated that we didn’t have pans and pot to utilize the stove.
It was a great hotel with friendly staff and very accommodating. Immaculate hotel with a fast elevator, yea. The rooms were spacious and very clean, housekeeping did an excellent job the entire 5 days we were there. The room had full kitchen even washer & dryer, the one thing it needed for us because we were there 5 days was no dresser. We unpack immediately upon arrival to be organized and neat. Yes they had small closet with proper hangers however not everything goes in an upright closet. The beds and pillows very comfy. We loved the convenience of the Wildfire Steak Restaurant with their continental breakfast also great. Their food and breakfast excellent with great friendly service!
Great location. Close to subway and streetcar stops, Union Station, Eaton Centre, and Scotiabank Centre. Breakfast in the morning was perfect, at least for me. Couldn't eat at Wood Fire otherwise, though. No vegetarian options that I could see. Room was oddly laid out, but well appointed. Having washer/dryer in the room was a real plus. Gym was tiny, but functional. Room attendants actually paid attention to the hotel's towel policy. In most hotels where I stay, even if I hang my towel on the rack, the attendants will change it anyway. Ditto with partially used shampoo and soap. I appreciate their not being wasteful when I am also trying not to be.
The Hotel is a perfect location to many tourist attractions. The weather was very warm and the lobby and halls did not have a/c.
