Room was fine . No one mentioned a $15 a night parking fee. Restaurant managed to serve luke warm coffee and a cold breakfast. Also due to its proximity to the runway at Pearson the room was noisy. I won't be back to this hotel ever!

Room was clean but older and not kept up that well. No curtains or door in the shower so the water goes everywhere. Wasn’t hand soap, just a little body bar. The curtains in the room didn’t have black out curtains so every plane that came in shined the lights into the room and it was very loud (which I understand being so close to the airport) but won’t get much sleep. The rooms all had air conditioning on but it’s winter so it was freezing at first, we had to heat it up. The shuttle was great to the airport. I’d probably stay again if I had to just for being so close.

The room was nice. It was very clean. The staff were courteous. The parking was horrible. We paid $14.99 for the night and had to park on the top level which was not underground. It was not ploughed well, which made it very slippery, slushy, and treacherous. It was also so crowded with cars, that driving up to and down from that level was like negotiating a challenging and narrow obstacle course. There should be a limit to the number of cars that can park in there for safety sake. I think they're packing the cars in to get as much money as possible. If you like listening to planes flyingsuper low and directly over the building on approach to landing, every few minutes until midnight, then this is the hotel for you.

Staff was the highlight. All very friendly and helpful. Parking access to hotel is weird and difficult but there is parking. Hotel is dated but clean. Great lap pool, hottub was hot, jets were weak. Sauna and steam room were great!coffee maker wasn’t working but they sent someone up quickly to repair it.

Nothing stood out really. For the price I paid, it is roughly what I expected. I did not like the attitude of the person that served me when I arrived. I was early and he told me curtly that the room will not be ready until 3 pm. He did not say he would try to get it ready earlier for me. He just told me I could sit down in the foyer and wait. It wasn't until I pressed him about an earlier entry into my room that he said maybe 2 pm. Also, the fitness centre had a few water cups left and both treadmills were malfunctioning. No water bottles in the room either.
