Hotel Staff wasnt friendly, room is so dark but unfortunately shower has glass which is open to Room, so if someone turns bathroom light on in middle of the night, it shines through the whole room. Bad layout, will never stah here again
We liked how convenient the property was to the airport train. We didn't care much for the automated check in as it did not function well.
I'm an old fart who doesn't even own a cell phone. It would be nice if the hotel had hard copies of what they provide, amenities et al. Oh... and I'm now familiar with the European style of power conservation in the room - slide the card in the slot inside the door.. et voi8la1 My wife found the room dark. But I pointed out the concrete ceilings were better painted black. I will recommend the hotel to others whom I know travel via pearson.
