My only complaint was that upon check in the person at the front desk took a cell phone call while we were checking in & was on his personal call for the entire check in process. Other than that, the hotel was clean, rooms were nice, staff was friendly & breakfast was actually very good.

Out of the way Gem

Out of the way Gem! Colorful bright Hotel, friendly staff on arrival. Lobby beautiful, colorful and whimsical. Lots of places to sit, games and pool table to play. 24hr coffee station. Breakfast had a fun pancake making machine. The room was inviting with beautiful painted shade. Smaller than most Hilton hotel rooms but adequate. Very comfy bed. Walk in shower which is better than the usual tub/shower. The only con, needed a second luggage rack. Also, the thermostat if you set it to keep the room cool the minute the temperature goes a degree lower the heat kicks on. It would be better to divide air and heat so you can choose when you want heat. This is minor con, way more pros.
