It was pretty far from the Narita Airport. They said they had hotel shuttle services HOWEVER not very many. I had to take a cab to get there and it did cost me about $50. The hours for Onsen was so odd and not open in the morning. I could not use their Onsen. The breakfast was ok. I would not stay there anymore.

I was really excited to stay at International Resort Hotel Yurakujo, but my experience went downhill the moment I arrived. The room I was given was shockingly dirty. The carpet was dingy, the bed had yellow stains all over it, and the bathroom was extremely old and poorly maintained. The entire room looked neglected and nothing like what I expected. Because of how unacceptable the conditions were, I requested a refund for the remainder of my stay but the hotel refused. The service was unhelpful and dismissive, and I felt completely disregarded as a guest. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible service, terrible conditions, and an overall unpleasant environment. Spend your money elsewhere.

Although the hotel gets a lot of use from big tour groups it was clean and comfortable and the price was fantastic. Very helpful front desk staff, and free shuttle service into little town of Narita. The sweet bus driver gave me a big hug when I told him I used to stay at the hotel 35 years ago as a flight attendant! It was like he was an old friend. He was lovely!!

Our room was freezing cold all the time, we kept complaining and then we got extra blankets and a portable heater. The restaurant only had buffet style meals for lunch and dinner which we were not aware of and it was expensive and the food was not good. Would not recommend this hotel.
