Reserve una habitación y me dieron otra llegó y dicen que tengo que esperar 45 minutos, la verdad llegas cansado y por eso hacer la reservación con tiempo, me mandaron a una habitación que no me gustó para nada , tienen que tener la habitación que reservas y si no la tienen disponible entonces no la ofrezcan si me enojo mucho
