Stayed in Double Room B for one night with my husband. The location was great—close to the subway, Tokyo Station, and convenience stores. One staff member, though not fluent in English, was very friendly and helpful, using a translator to assist us with our luggage delivery. We had a carry-on and checked luggage, and the room still had plenty of space. I deducted one star due to a stain on the duvet cover (seemed like dried blood), but since we were only staying for one night and were tired from our flight, we didn't notify the staff.

Hotel was clean but elevators very slow. Front desk staff not overly welcoming and seemed bothered when we asked questions. Seems more like a business hotel and not so much “touristy”. Subway stations about 5-10 minute walk away.Many local restaurants closed by 9 pm. An average stay.

This hotel is ideal if you want to be just outside of ths hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We found plenty of local eating options in the area as well as several convenience stores, subway stations are close. The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful and had laundrey facilities, microwave and a restaurant. We did not use the restaurant so cannot comment. The TV in the room shoes you if the washing machines are in use and how long is left which was very useful. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at this hotel, which provided a clean and safe environment. While the breakfast was adequate, the dining area has limited space and became very crowded due to tour groups between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. A notable inconvenience was the 500 Yen fee charged by the front desk for arranging a taxi, which we found to be an uncommon practice. For this reason, we opted to hail a taxi ourselves. While our stay was generally good, we would likely try other accommodations in the area in the future.
