I stayed at this lovely hotel for a week, and it has been a great experience. It's just about 1km away from central Ginza and a few minutes of walking to the nearest train station or bus stop. Step outside of the hotel, and you'll see Tsukiji Outer Market to the right. The hotel room is small but there are options to upgrade to a bigger room, and I'm so glad that I did. There is washer/dryer in each hotel room which was a super convenient amenity for me. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well equipped. There's free coffee in the lobby, along with free toothbrush and toothpaste, hair shower cap, shower sponge, ear swabs, all nicely wrapped in individual packages. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back the next time I am in Tokyo.

The stay is excellent. It's there at the right spot in terms of traffic, food selection. And mos timportantly, even though it's right there in the Tsukiji out market, I can't hear anything in the morning. It's quiet, it's a great hotel.

Moderate Single Room - comfortable stay for 5 nights. Location was approximately 15 mins walk from Higashi-Ginza subway station which has direct line to Haneda airport. Area is quiet at night. During the day, you are just a few steps away from the Tsukiji market. Room was quiet on the 2nd floor facing the small street. Excellent shower water pressure. Bed was medium soft which I enjoyed very much. Washing machine in room is a great convenience for me. Food - Did not try the free breakfast order. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward.

Amazing hotel! The room was large with a lovely balcony, the room had all the amenities we could possibly need! The water pressure was stronger than I had ever experienced, and having a washing machine was a real bonus. Loved our stay here. Thank you so much!

The Hotel is in the middle of the Ginza‘s Market, but it‘s quiet and clean. The staff is kind and always helpful, and the private washer-dryer in the room helped us a lot. The position, the cleaness, the staff, the view and the Services make the Hotel deserve a 10/10 Points. Amazing experience!

I had seen this property during a previous stay and from the outside and looking at photos it looked like a good place to stay with location being right in the market. It's in very close proximity to subway stations too. Upon walking in, hotel check-in seemed okay. I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a larger room, already anticipating that our room would be small. At first I was told they were booked full, but upon checking they were able to offer me another room. The desk agent (Takashi san?) even allowed us to take a look at both rooms so we could decide. After we finally settled into the room, my daughter discovered body hair on the beddings and sheets. She was a bit traumatized. I took photos and went back down into the lobby. As soon as I showed Takashi san, he apologized and said he would get sheets upstairs and change them out for us. We went back to our room and waited for a bit. He eventually came back and changed the sheets and flat sheet. I did ask for a new comforter which he said he went back upstairs for, though we think he might have just brought the same comforter back to our room. At any rate, I stood there holding the pillows while he changed out the sheets. This was nearly 11PM at night and we were coming from Tokyo Disney. While I appreciate his effort, we were exhausted, and had to wait for him to change everything out. Aside from this, we felt safe during our stay, and appreciated the ability to wash clothes. Note the smoking room you will pass.

Rooms were small but the washer and dryer in room were free and worked very well. Nice to have the laundry dept there in room. Very clean hotel. The Tokyu stay hotels do vary in amenities. I stayed at one in Shinjuku and it had a great all included breakfast buffet. Nothing like that at this Tokyu stay. I would probably stay at Shinjuku next time.

Great location and amenities in the room!

Great location in the heart of Tsukiji's outer market making it super easy to wake up and walk out to the action in the morning! Lots packed in to the room to make it a comfortable long-term stay with a mini fridge, kitchen sink, hot plate, cookware, and washer/dryer!

Only issue is where people are allowed to smoke. There’s a smoke room next to the elevators. The smoke makes its way up to the fourth floor hallway.

Impeccably clean, and very high quality. Washer/dryer works well, room cleaning service was great, the amenities offered are all high quality. Would stay again, and would recommend to others. The rooms are very small, probably not ideal for families, but just fine for one or two people.
