You definitly want to choose a higher level to stay, would get a great view of all Tokyo. I suggest the south side, you will see the Tokyo station area and even the sea port.

Pretty fancy-smancy for a hotel. Place is close to a JR line for your travel needs. Plus there is a lawson inside the hotel for late night drinks and snacks if you need it.

Disappointed

Our stay was disappointing and we were left with a bitter ending to our otherwise beautiful Japan trip. We stayed for two nights at the hotel and unfortunately experienced disgraceful customer service. From the check-in process we were required to self-check in which is extremely unprofessional from a highly rated hotel. Furthermore, water was not complimentary on our stay which was extremely surprising as previously we stayed at 3* Lyf Ginza hotel who at least had the decency to provide water. Moreover, when we requested boiling water for my baby’s formula milk, the hotel was unwilling to help saying they don’t provide such a service. The room was outdated and had a musty urine smell- it is like we stepped back into 2000. The only good thing about the hotel was the Lawson on level 2.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was quite spacious for the location but there was a stain on the duvet and the bathroom smelled really bad of urine even though it did look clean enough. The stench really ruined the whole experience and for that price bracket, I expected better.

Great location! Hotel itself has many conveniences and amenities, a lawson store being on the second floor was the highlight but around the hotel and within easy walking distance were many dining and shopping options that we really enjoyed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy check in and out process and hotel and our room was clean. Easy walk to train stations as well.

It was always very clean and looked after well, staff from front desk all the way to cleaning crew were all very friendly. Extremely helpful when asked for help with directions and restaurant/shop recommendations. Would defiantly stay again, they made my visit to tokyo very pleasent!
