The rooms were good, clean and comfortable. The room service was limited and useless. Wasn’t the quality of the amount we paid for the room. There were no options for vegetarian, vegan or Muslim-friendly guests and when we asked for something we had to order things a day earlier as if it’s a one star hotel. Not professional or luxurious at all. The lady at the reception wasn’t helpful and didn’t explain anything related to getting tickets to park and just gave us the early passes. Not everybody understands the Japanese strange ticket system. We thought staying five days in the main hotel at Disney would have better service. Felt like going to a bed and breakfast. Don’t recommend it at all. Also the early park access was useless, because everyone in the park had it so we wasn’t our morning standing in line. The next day we just decided to go after the crowd was minimal. There was loud music from the station until 11pm which was very hard to sleep as it was warm and we had to leave the windows open. The worst experience. We had to have all our meals in ekspiari.

We love staying here. Only negative was the change to the early park entry. Now you only get the early entry park entry for the hotel you’re staying at. And it’s only 15 mins earlier. For instance, if you stay it Tokyo disney hotel you can only get early entry for the disney park. If you stay at Mira Costa you only get early entry for disney sea.

The hotel was great. Room amenities and cleanliness was excellent. Location near the park was convenient. Special entry to Disney land for guests was not very useful as we needed to queue for a long time and it closes quite early. Breakfast options at Sherwood were quite limited for the price considering other hotels.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The room has a roll out trundle bed that we could easily slide back under one of the beds for more space during the day and nothing beats the ease of walking across a minute to enter the Disneyland park! Happy entry helped out so much even though it was only like 15-20 minutes before park entry. We stacked a lot of ride reservations during the first hour because of early entry! Staff was so nice and helpful. If you are debating whether or not to stay here-just do it! You will NOT regret it. We even took an early afternoon break and went to the room to relax and freshen up for an hour-and it didn’t feel like we lost time!

Check-in was great. Every staff we encountered was very polite and accommodating. The room was spotless. We had everything we needed. The one thing that surprised me was the firmness of the bed was very uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. We were only there 2 nights and the second night I was so tired after all day at Disney, it didn't matter. We also had a park view and the park music starts at 6:00 sharp. It was great wake up theme music.

The room was lovely and staff amazing however it was so incredibly difficult to find breakfast or dinner if we had not booked ahead - we were told at 5pm all restaurants were booked out and no room service available until 11:30pm. We were travelling with two small children and to think the hotel can’t accommodate all its guests for meals was very poor.

The staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, pleasant, and were able to assist us when we had questions. The room was bright, clean, relaxing and a great place to unwind. There are two gift shops, one for Disney merchandise and the other for sundries, snacks, food and beverages. Great location if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea.

The Tokyo Disneyland Hotel was the best part of my trip. The cast members are incredibly helpful, the theme and park view rooms were stunning, the entire property is beautiful and the location is perfect. They made our first time stay memorable. I will definitely return.
