Great staff. Great location in the residential side of Asakusa but close to Senso ahi. Very Nice neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants close by. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tosei Hotel Cocoon Asakusa. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Asakusa subway station which was very convenient for getting around Tokyo. The room was tiny, but the price was very affordable. They provide water bottles, free bath salts and other toiletries, and free coffee and tea in the lobby (certain times only). The staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and quiet and we slept well.

Staff was friendly but WiFi signal is weak. The laundromat within the hotel is not very good; it's a combo washer and dryer unit that is bad at washing and even worse at drying. The surrounding area is quite nice since it's next to the Sensoji shrine. Convenient location to get to the airport via the Asukusa line.
