The bed was either very old or bad quality. The springs from bed woke me up in the middle of night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. They provided 2 thin blankets to put them on top of bed. It didn’t help. No room available to change. The room was too small. We barely put our luggage to the side of wall

Room was clean - the bed had 2 pillows one that was soft and another that was much firmer. Hotel staff was friendly although both check in and check out was electronic and not much interaction with staff was needed. Property is located in a good central location to many eateries and a short walk from the station.

The rooms are tiny considering the price they charge. The breakfast was not that good. You are better off buying breakfast in the convenience store that is connected to the lobby. The rooms are clean. The location is good and just a 6 minute walk to a train station with several train lines. The staff was friendly. They do not allow early check-in or late check out unless you pay extra. Overall it is a decent hotel in a good area.

The staff and placement of hotel was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from shimbashi station and only a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Ginza. My room had a nice view and was well assorted and clean. I traveled solo so I was able to accumulate to the small room but was very comfortable!
