The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check-in 3hrs early (for a small fee) and helping us with check-in despite the language barrier. The room was compact but very clean and quiet. An outstanding feature of the hotel is the amazing array of complimentary toiletries and pjs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Room is small as usual. Good security as required card to access lobby (after midnight) and taking lift up the room. Room clean but bed a little too soft to my liking and pillow too soft too. Plenty of amentities at lobby for take and even night clothing for you to take which are the plus.
