Good location right next to B2 exit from Higashi Shinjuku metro station. Easy walk to main Shinjuku area. Good food options nearby. Room was fine. Airconditioning was super cold - just the way I like it. Buffet breakfast in restaurant was also fine. We enjoyed our 5 night stay here.

Property is in a good location with the underground right there ! The rooms are a bit dated and on the small side but functional , clean and quiet ! Staff were friendly and very helpful particularly in regards to helping us ship our luggage right to Kyoto ( a service I would highly recommend ! )

All staff and personnel were helpful and friendly. The primary dissatisfaction was how small the room was. There were no places to put belongings away, no space to unpack, no place to put away luggage. With two people there was hardly any room to move around without bumping into each other.

Overall my experience was nice, the only complaint i can muster is that i felt one pillow felt a bit too hard for my liking, there was also a loose hanger, i believe for the shoe horn that was loose. In my opinion minor things and didn't ruin my enjoyment of my stay.

The hotel was within walking distance of shinjuku and was within walking distance of public transportation incase I needed to use it. It was a very clean hotel and was in a safe environment. Would recommend staying here if you plan on being out and about a lot and just need a safe place to lay your head at night.

This hotel was amazing, when I come back to Tokyo I’ll be staying here again. The staff is friendly, rooms are nice, good places to eat nearby and my favorite part is the 2 entrances really close by to take subway anywhere I needed.
