We have stayed at this hotel several times on visits to Japan, about once a year, for several nights each time. The staff at the front desk have always been very helpful. On our most recent visit they even noticed a mistaken double booking that I apparently made for one night through Expedia and initiated a refund at no charge. The location in the heart of Ginza 3rd Chome is excellent, though the hotel is quiet, since it is located a few steps down a side street. Cleanliness is also excellent. Yet I noticed a few features which should be improved. The seat for the desk is only a padded stool, with no seat back, so it is tiring to use. The bed in my single room was far wider than needed, leaving minimal space for suitcases. Also the covering on the bed is a single puffy light-weight blanket, which can be too hot, but the absence of a separate top sheet prevents sleeping covered only by a sheet. Overall, however, an excellent value.
