The approah, the locality and finally the amount of steps to climb, especially for a disability person on a wheelchair. No way was that possible. The receptionist never knew English to make it worse.

Staff were nice. The room I stood in had many problems. The toilet handle would flush but it was loose and not mounted correctly. The lav faucet leaked from each handle as well as the tub faucet. The hotel needs to be remodeled

I think that this hotel room was perfect for my stay. I stayed one night by myself and it was great! It had everything I needed to sleep and shower comfortably. Also, it was very close to the main Shinjuku area which was convenient!

Great location and big room, the room itself was clean but the shower room had a fair amount of mold on the grout and on the ceiling. Definitely needs to be re-tiled but other than that it was good for the price

This is very dirty hotel which less to no amenities. Also this is business hotel so check in will be 5 pm, 3500 yen extra if you want to early check in. Expedia is just charging premium for average hotel. No jet on toilet seats and dirty rooms.

Pros: the room was quite bigger than others we stayed at while we were traveling around Japan. Cons: the room smelled a lot of cigarrettes, it looked a little dirty because of the carpet, the sofa also looked quite desgusting, and the bed was really uncomfortable. They need to change the mattress ASAP.
