Was a fabulous place to stay location was excellent right by Shibuya Station, room had everything you wanted and a view, yes it was small for two but was well proportioned.Great amenities and helpful staff. Stylish and modern the shared spaces were excellent offering music some nights, nightly free drinks, record players. Clean, a delicious breakfast too. They had some recommended places in Shibuya to explore including a local temple which we enjoyed away from the tourist crowds. We shifted to another place to experience another side of Tokyo but wish we could transplant this hotel as it set the benchmark high! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The advertising for the rooms in this hotel is misleading. Despite booking a room for four people, our room was set up with two single beds and we were required to pay an additional 100,000 yen to convert the room to sleep four people. One of the additional beds was a sheet and blanket placed over the sofa. The hotel may be okay for two people but if you are travelling in a group of three or more I strongly recommend that you do some research and book somewhere else. The cost of this hotel simply not worth it and you will be in for a very rude shock when you check-in with additional - nor advertised - add on costs. Shop around and you will find something much better value for money.

The hotel itself had a beautiful layout, but our room was missing counter space and organizational structures like hangers for the towels. We enjoyed the amenities, like the clothing sanitizer and accessible washer and dryer. Very convenient location to catch the subway and explore other areas around Tokyo. Also a walkable location for Shibuya and other sectors like Harajuku.

The Shibuya Stream hotel was amazing. We had a terrific time at the property and in the Shibuya area. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The amenities were top notch. We loved the NYE party - what a show! The entire property was immaculate. We really noticed how the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. Five stars!
