Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good, rooms are big if somewhat dated. TCAT is steps away (and I believe connected on the second floor?), allowing very easy transit from Narita airport by limo bus. Suitengumae Metro station entrance is even closer.

We stayed in an Executive room on the 17th floor with city view and the experience was wonderful! The breakfast was the same everyday but was of excellent quality, so almost full marks there. The complimentary drinks and canopies in the evening for executive floor residents was a nice touch. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was excellent - right on top of a subway. I would have given 5 stars for the stay but had to reduce the rating by one star due to inappropriate/ rude behaviour of an Eastern European concierge staff during check out. I am happy to provide details if management wants to investigate this issue further. I understand that Japan is undergoing a workforce crisis, but please do let untrained foreign staff ruin Japan’s reputation of politeness and professionalism.

Our 5 day 4 night stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean. The security is good, especially where guests can only access the floor where their room is located. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and complete with amenities such as toiletries. Royal Park hotel Tokyo Nihombashi is conveniently located above the subway station so getting around is super easy. It is also located next to the Tokyo City Airport Bus Terminal (T-CAT) so getting to and from the airport is seamless, without the hassle of dragging the luggage far to get to hotel. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Easy location to get to from the airport since the hotel is connected to the TCAT terminal. This is my first time in Tokyo and I'm happy with the convenient location of the hotel. Access to the Z line subway can be found in the hotel's lower level. This made it easy to get around Tokyo for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is also very good. There's no coin laundry machine on site but we found one 5 minutes walking distance away. There are a few restaurants nearby and a couple of 24 convenient stores across the street. Rooms are dated but super clean. Overall, I would highly is this hotel especially for first time visitors.

The rooms were clean and the regular beds are large enough to share with a child (close to a full size) which was something I was concerned about. The Amenities are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom comes fully equipped with mini sized bottles and grooming kits, which are nice quality. The gym has a daily fee (Yen 1,000) for a 24-hour period. The direct access to the train station was great, and there are several convenient stores close by and some great dining options in and around the hotel.

Ive stayed in 4 other japanese and never had an issue. The location while above a station somehow was never the line we needed to get where we needed to go. Not like Marriott, no sticker available to label it as trash. so you leave things that really trash but it is size of small carry-on luggage, you will be charged 2500.00 yen for discarding fee. Shocking. on the other hands, Marriott, understands that some guests are visiting and 'trash' stickers are available in the room for guests to leave things behind for whatever reason. something for this hotel to be considered....
