Perfect for a family! Clean, quiet, accommodating, great location, friendly staff — felt like we were in our own apartment for the week. Very happy with the property and its staff. Communication was great and prompt. We loved the water pressure in the shower and also the washer/dryer in the room. Very easy to access from the airport too. I would recommend and be happy to stay there again if I’m ever in Tokyo.

Room is spacious. Staff could be kinder. A bit rude at times when asking for simple questions. Hated the fact that each room does not have control over their own temperature. We wanted the room with AC but was told they cannot change since the temperature control is for the whole entire floor
