The room was very clean and the amenities were all there. I enjoyed the very clean room and the right amount of space even though it was in Tokyo where the space is premium. I would have given it 10 stars had I not visited the breakfast buffet. It was unimpressive. Everything seemed very dry. The food did not look fresh nor tasty. I felt I wasted money paying 2500 yen. The cost is 2750 yen but I bought it the night before and took advantage of a small discount and therefore my cost was 2500yen.

The hotel is modern, clean and well-kept. I really like its minimalist style. The window is facing a nice night view. The location itself is convenient and close to the subway. The staff are all very friendly. The price is surprisingly affordable! 10/10 and I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean & room cleanings were great. Highly recommend this hotel. My husband & I traveled with our two teens so my only con of the space was with no draws and a few hangers, there was no room for our luggage’s and clothes. Other than that, everything was great!

The room size is decent, clean, and odor-free. The bathroom doesn’t feel cheap, and the AC isn’t central—each room can control it individually. The staff members are kind, and the location is nice: not in an overly crowded area, but still within a reasonable walking distance to the subway.

Room was perfect for the four of us traveling family. Everything worked as expected. AC plus an unexpected bonus of a humidifier. Elevators were prompt. Booked this hotel for my first trip to Japan. Very good location with easy access to the subway and train station. The hotel itself was great with very helpful and polite staff members who helped me arrange onwards luggage transfer to Osaka. The lobby had great views of the baseball stadium next door. Room was clean and well presented and the onsite onsen was much needed after a long day of touristing! There’s also a 24 hr FamilyMart onsite for any essentials and late night snacks. Would thoroughly recommend.

Of all the hotels I stayed in during my stays in Tokyo, the Nippon Seinenkan Hotel is the one (to date) I'm most likely to return to again. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff was wonderful, and - as a baseball fan - the lobby itself overlooked the Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium. Situated between Shinjuku and Shibuya, it was in the perfect location to be both removed from the large crowds but close enough to enjoy the more hectic parts of the city.

Hotel was conveniently located near the Ginza line, and there was a Family Mart downstairs. We really enjoyed the bathhouse provided by the hotel! We used it every night (and some of the mornings as well!) Definitely check it out!The provided Jinbei pajamas were comfortable and fun to wear. The coin laundry was convenient and easy to use. Perfect for if you're traveling light with only a few days worth of clothes. This hotel was an excellent home base for exploring Tokyo, particularly the Shinjuku and Shibuya area.
