第一日到嘅時候完全找不到職員。 在訂房的時候，說明會收到密碼與房號， 完全沒有！訂房公司垃圾。支援服務竟叫我訂了大半個月的時段，換另一間酒店/民宿。並且要在10分鐘都沒有的服務時間內回覆換房，完全沒有實制幫忙聯絡。全部均有時間線對話。 最後竟要其他房間的客人幫忙聯絡入住。 完全不負責任！ 房間整潔度一般 維護中規中矩 不是五星酒店 沒有要求。唯一可取就是地點在日暮里站附近。
