Terrible service at the hotel restaurant and bar and cafe. Passive aggressive attitude. Borderline racist. I oredered a bottle of wine and waited for about 15 min without acknowledgement. The waiter later returned and told me to find the wine in the cellar myslef. While i was lookimg for wine at the cellar. The manager tapped my shoulder to give way so that he can retreive his wine for his other japanese customer. The staff is polite only to japanese customers. It was clear that they do not welcome foerigners. I saw foreign customers got scolded like children. The intersting thing was the staff ignored the foreigners and put these customers in an anxious state and then get scolded by staff Another day. I decided to have an afternoon drink at the bar. The bartender was rushing me out by 4:30pm. She said "4:30 last call". I said 4;30pm last call? Its not even dinner time yet". She just said "4:30 and ealked away" Very disappointing experience.

Location is very convenient, in front of the new stadium, right next to the subway station, and very close to Meiji Jingu Gaien. Service and attention is top notch ! Hotel restaurant and food options are very limited, also amenities are not many. The room was very comfortable but mine was noisy because we had the train station right next to us even though we were in the 10th floor.

My husband and I had an amazing time celebrating our wedding anniversary in this hotel. Out of all the hotels we stayed in our trip this one by far exceeded our expectations and delivered! They made our stay so special. It was honestly the highlight stay of our trip. The hotel was so beautiful and the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The breakfast within the hotel was phenomenal!! Big thanks to the Chefs whom cooked such wonderful meals. On our next Japan trip we will definitely be coming back, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.
