When we booked our flights our seats were together and when it was time for departure our seats were all considered unassigned. I was able to chat with a representative that put our seats together which was what we needed especially since both of our daughters were struggling to sit with strangers and had multiple accidents on our flight to Japan.

My family of 4 stayed for a week. The unit was pretty spacious when considering the usual size of a hotel room in Tokyo. The amenities were good in particular the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and gave good support for a good night's sleep. The hotel was close to a metro station and was convenient for going to places.

Room was clean and staff was very nice. We booked this apartment for the laundry, but i should mention the dryer took over 3 hours to dry 1 load. It is very tight for four people, I thought the futons would be ok for my teens, but the space was very cramped and the bathroom is small. Definitely suggest two rooms if you have older children. But very clean!

What a great apart hotel. Once of the few we found that had a fully staffed front desk. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped, clean! The staff was super helpful and offered incredible service. We were planning to visit Osaka for a few days and was about to ship our luggage but realized that were were coming right back to Tokyo and to this same hotel. Staff allowed us to store our luggage until we checked back in, super helpful! The area is great too as you have 2 different train lines within 600 meters. We liked the neighborhood because it was quiet and there's a market right outside the hotel that's open24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment hotel was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! Great location near 2 convenience stores and right next to the train station. The only feedback we had was that the AC was more like a fan and the temperature didn’t get as low as we hoped. I would definitely stay here again!
