very clean, staff very friendly, comfortable beds. very family-friendly accommodation. my daughter loves her bunk bed. the location was also ideal, kinshicho station has multiple lines running on it, 1 of which is a rapid line to central tokyo/shinjuku/airport. plenty of eats/kombini around. has a seiyo grocery 5 mins away so you can do all groceries there which is cheaper. the location is also not touristy which is great!

The room was spotless and the staff were warm in welcoming us to Tokyo. The front desk staff also helped shipped our luggage’s from Tokyo to Kyoto. 10/10 and would definitely recommend Mimaru to friends and family.

Highly recommend Mimaru Tokyo Kinshicho - it was easy to get to from Kinshicho station (which has both metro and JR lines running through it), maybe a 5 minute walk. There is a shopping complex at the station, so easy to get food (including a lovely kaiten sushi restaurant in Termina 2) so everything is convenient. Also literally 3 convenience stores round the corner! The hotel is lovely, so clean and modern. The room was spacious, with 4 beds - perfect for a family of 4, and a kitchenette and dining area too. Staff very friendly and polite. Specific thanks go to Mana for organising our luggage transfer to the next hotel which had limited reception hours. Tokyo is a massive city so we had to travel around 30+min to get anywhere really, but the transport system is so efficient that it didn't bother us, and Asakusa/Senso-Ji was less than that. Would definitely be happy to stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the near future, thank you to all the staff there :)

This is the perfect place to stay if you have a young family. We travelled with our 8 month old for the first time and wanted somewhere which was quiet (out of the hustle and bustle of other precincts), close to amenities and still easy to travel around Tokyo. The staff were always so incredibly helpful and had great suggestions through out the trip. The JR and metro was a 5 min walk away. There was a grocery store near the station and a great coffee shop 10 min walk away.

Extremely convenient location with tons of restaurants, shopping, karaoke, bars, and supermarkets within an easy walking distance. The train station is also very convenient for getting to and from Narita and also Tokyo station. Rooms are ENORMOUS by Japan standards. Great overall location and experience!

My wife, our 1-year-8-month-old, and I stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Kinshicho from October 6th to 8th. I had heard great things about this hotel, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with our last-minute vacation changes (we couldn’t visit TeamLabs since it was sold out). The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tokyo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great hotel for families. Spacious rooms, beds for everyone, friendly staff. There is a good size laundry at hotel making it easy to wash/dry. It is close to the station with restaurants around so easy to grab food on your way to or from station. There is a Lawson right next door, for late night or early morning snacks. Staff is very friendly, they speak English which was very helpful. They also offer luggage transport from hotel which is very useful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for when traveling with children.
