Unfortunately the hotel staff was not the most accommodating staff. They did help with calling a taxi. Hotel resturant buffet will ask you leave exactly 10am. The rooms were very warm, they will give you a fan.

My favorite hotel in Tokyo. The front desk team is excellent, the rooms are perfectly laid out, and the subway is very close.
