A very special hotel (even dog friendly!)

An amazing Front Desk Crew! A réal Team working together for the satisfaction and comfort of the guests! We felt immediately “@Home”. We could leave our luggage safely until check-in time and after check -out. Very helpful with information and maps. The location is in a very convenient neighborhood! With lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores. There is a great TEA shop in the alley next door!

The staff are very nice and welcoming. The place is clean, well-kept, and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near a convenience store, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Great Hotel! Dog loving Hotel!

This is a great travel hotel! The staff are WONDERFUL! FYI this is a dog loving hotel. Small dog paradise. They have dog foto booths, dog pool, kibbles. The works. Wuth regard to the rooms it was very comfortable, great air conditioning, modern bathrooms. The free breakfast is American-Japanese basically open sandwich. I will return!

Incredible stay at the ici hotel, super kind staff. Clean rooms especially for being dog friendly. Great Japanese breakfast. Love the location, the neighborhood is quiet but filled with local restaurants. Train station is 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again, fabulous and cozy hotel!

We loved our stay. It’s a dog hotel so we got to see adorable dogs! The area is great, quiet but plenty of great places to eat. The trains were not difficult to navigate and it was a great base to explore Tokyo
